工作原理   Work Principle

       本機由裝在主軸上的動刀和安裝在機體上的定刀組成。當主軸低速旋轉時，多組動刀與定刀將物料反複切碎，同時產生高強度的壓力推向出料端；這樣物料在高壓推動下，不斷機體內翻滾研磨，再從機體末端長孔中擠出，並經裝在末端的刮刀將其再次切碎，從而得到理想尺寸的物料，末端出料口有數條長形孔，可調節出料口的大小，從而取得不同尺寸的物料粒度。

This machine consists of the movable blades on the main shaft and the fixed blades in the main body, With the movement of the driving shaft, the rubber material is crushed and cut continuously in the machine by blades, then the Material is forced to the outlet by the driving shaft, after that the scrapers on the outlet cuts the rubber being extruded into even smaller pieces. The size of the outlet is adjustable to feed different requirements of product size.
